Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Mr.Srinivasan Ravi, Chairman and Managing Director and Mr. Ravi Gauthamram, Whole Time Director has informed the Company about their decision to voluntarily cap on the commission payable to them to 50% of limits approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company w.e.f. 01st April, 2021 till 30th September, 2026. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company will consider the Commission payable, if applicable, to both Mr.Srinivasan Ravi, Chairman and Managing Director and Mr. Ravi Gauthamram, Whole Time Director on a yearly basis within the above voluntary cap limit.
