The draft AGM Notice and Directors'' Report of the company along with Corporate Governance Report and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the financial year 2019-20; 2. To finalize the dates of Book Closure and e- Voting related matter for the purpose of forthcoming 09th Annual General Meeting of the company; 3. Any other matter, if required with the permission of the chair Further it is stated that pursuant to the provisions of the Securities And Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's code of conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the company by Designated Persons, shall be closed for the designated employees, promoters and concerned persons covered under the said code of the Company from 20th August, 2020 to 31st August, 2020 (both days inclusive).20-08-2020

In reference to the above captioned subject, as per the intimation submitted by the company dated 12th February, 2020, regarding the decision of the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 12th February, 2020, regarding Issue of equity shares of the company to promoter/ member of promoter group on preferential basis and Migration of the company from SME Board to Main Board of BSE Limited, we wish to inform that, in view of the current circumstances of outbreak of pandemic COVID-19 the management has decided to suspend the process for issue of shares and migration to the main board, for the time being, until further decision. The company shall duly intimate the Stock Exchanges and other stakeholders about any further decision in the matter and shall obtain all necessary approvals as may be required.
