We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and strengthen our brand positioning in the stock broking and financial services industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging financial content, driving customer engagement, and executing digital campaigns that support business growth and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, Telegram, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and maintain a social media content calendar in coordination with research, product, and marketing teams.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and communication across all social media channels.
Content Development
- Create engaging content related to stock markets, trading, investments, mutual funds, IPOs, market updates, financial education, and company products.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to develop high-quality creatives, reels, videos, infographics, and educational content.
- Convert research reports, market insights, and financial updates into user-friendly social media content.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations in all published content.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage product launches, webinars, investor awareness campaigns, and promotional activities through social media channels.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and business goals.
Community Engagement
- Monitor social media conversations, comments, messages, and customer queries.
- Build and maintain a strong online community by engaging with followers and addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with customer support and business teams to resolve escalated social media issues.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, lead generation, and conversions.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend improvement strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and best practices.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in social media management, preferably in Stock Broking, Financial Services, Wealth Management, Fintech, or Capital Markets.
- Strong understanding of stock markets, trading, investments, and financial products.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization.
- Experience in managing LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with SEBI advertising guidelines and financial services compliance requirements will be an added advantage.
