Beacon Trusteeship IPO is open for subscription starting Monday, May 28, 2024, and closing on Wednesday, May 30, 2024. The price band of this upcoming IPO is decided at Rs 57 to Rs 60 per share. The minimum lot size set for the retail category is 2000 shares. Meanwhile, the minimum lot size for the HNI category is 2 lots consisting of 4000 shares. The minimum investment required for retail category investors is Rs 1,20,000 (60 x 2000 shares). However, for the HNI category, the minimum investment amount required is Rs 2,40,000 (60 x 4000 shares). Beacon Trusteeship IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 32.52 crores. This upcoming IPO is a combination of fresh issue and offer-for-sale. The fresh issue consists of 38.72 lakh equity shares amounting to Rs 23.23 crores and OFS of 15.48 lakh equity shares amounting to Rs 9.29 crores. The allotment for this new IPO is expected to be finalised on Friday, May 31, 2024. Beacon Trusteeship IPO will be listed on NSE SME, and the listing date is fixed on Tuesday, June 4, 2024. The book-running lead manager of Beacon Trusteeship IPO is Beeline Capital Advisors Private Limited. The registrar for this IPO is Kfin Technologies Limited.

Additionally, the funds will be utilised to purchase new office premises and fulfil the general corporate purposes.
