 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ("Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that Ms. Khyati Modi, Company Secretary of the Company has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. The Company has accepted her resignation and she shall cease to be the Company Secretary w.e.f. closing of working hours of January 14th, 2022. Consequent to her resignation, Ms. Khyati Modi also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. We thank her for her valuable contributions to the Company during her tenure and wish her success for her all future endeavours.
