Vs Siti Networks Limited before the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai was listed for hearing on June 10, 2022. However, the Company is yet to receive copy of said application / petition filed. The Company shall update the matter as per SEBI Listing Regulations, once copy of application/petition is received.

 Pursuant to applicable Regulations of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as 'SEBI Listing Regulations') including Regulation 30, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on May 28, 2022, has, inter-alia, subject to approval of Shareholders in General Meeting, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Suresh Arora as Whole Time Director of the Company w.e.f. June 14, 2022.
