Approved the Un-Audited Financial Results (i.e. Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2022 2. The Board has appointed Ms Sunita Shah (Din No.: 09654534) as Additional Director (Independent Women Director) w.e.f. 10th August 2022 and will hold the office till the ensuing AGM. 3. Company have proposed adoption of new set of AOA of the Company containing regulation in conformity with the Companies Act 2013 for the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing AGM.
