 In terms of the provisions of sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the "Trading Window" in respect of dealing in the securities of the Company, will remain closed, for all the Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate Relatives, with effect from 1st January, 2020, until 48 hours after the announcement of Un-audited Financial Results by the Company for the third quarter ending 31st December, 2019. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.  We refer to our previous announcement today i.e. 09.11.2019 vide which, we have declared Un audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2019. Wherein, we have observed some technical error in excel formula and due to this the figures of Income Tax Provisions and Profit after tax have been changed. Accordingly, we are submitting herewith Revised Financial Results as above after correction. All other figures and information in the revised results remain unchanged. However, we have given correct figures in newspaper publication. Kindly take the same on record and oblige.
