Ltd. belonging to promoter and promoter group of the Company for reclassifying their name from promoter and promoter group of the Company under Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 . The aforesaid request shall be considered and reviewed by the Board of Directors of the Company at its Board Meeting to be held on 14th November, 2022
