 This is with reference to our earlier letter dated April 28, 2023 wherein, the Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs. 20/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for FY 2022-23, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company. In view of the above, this is to inform the resident/ non-resident non-individuals members of the Company who will be entitled to the dividend on the equity shares as on the record date i.e., Thursday, May 11, 2023, about the facility provided by National Securities Depository Limited ('NSDL') for submitting the relevant forms, declarations and documents through their respective custodians who are registered with NSDL in respect of deduction of tax at source (TDS) on dividend.
