In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for carrying out transaction in the shares of the Company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from Saturday 1st October, 2022. The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Second Quarter (Q2) and half year ending on 30th September, 2022, to the Stock Exchange.30-09-2022
