 The Board of Directors has amended the existing Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading with a view to include the amendments made in the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (''Regulations'). The Board of Directors, in pursuance to the Regulations, has also amended and adopted the revised Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information of the Company ('Code'). In compliance with Regulation 8(2) of the said Regulations, the revised Code is attached.
