The said results are approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on Thursday, the 26th May, 2022 at Jaipur which commenced at 12:00 Noon and concluded at 06:30 P.M. Further, the following decisions were also taken by the Board:- The Board of Directors decided to recommend a Final Dividend of Rs. 1/- (i.e. 10% of FV of Rs. 10) per Equity share to the Members of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2022 subject to approval of members at the 15th Annual General meeting.
