 This is to inform you that the Company has fixed the 21.09.21 as the Cut-off date to record the entitlement of the shareholders, to cast their vote electronically, in respect of all the items of business as setout in the notice of the AGM of the Company to be held on 28.09.21, pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Rules framed thereunder read with Reg. 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015. The Company would be availing remote e-voting Services of CDSL.
