 This is to inform you that in terms of the Company''s "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto and further referring to the clarifications regarding trading restriction period given by BSE vide its circular dated April 02, 2019 vide Ref No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated/ Connected Persons from 1st October, 2020 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2020. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2020 shall be intimated to you separately.
