Outcome of Board Meeting
Tayo Rolls Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has incurred a loss of Rs. 9,471 lakhs and Rs 12,079 lakhs during the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 respectively and the accumulated losses as on date amounting to Rs. 36,854 lakhs has eroded the net worth of the Company.The Board has decided to refer the Company to Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) as required u/s 15(1) of The Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act 1985.12-02-2016

With reference to the earlier letter dated January 20, 2016 regarding adjourning the Board Meeting to January 29, 2016 to consider and approve the Audited Financial results of the Company for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015, Tayo Rolls Ltd has now informed BSE that due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the Board Meeting is hereby postponed.The next date of meeting will be intimated in due course.29-01-2016
