United Van Der Horst Ltd has informed BSE that with the outbreak of the Corona virus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Company has been monitoring the events on the ground closely and has been taking a series of actions to ensure safety and health of all our employees and to ensure compliance with various directives being issued by Central /State /Municipal Authorities including Work from Home facility. In view of the lock down in many of the States across the country, the operational activities of our Company are disrupted till further instructions of Central /State /Municipal Authorities. The duration of this shutdown will depend upon directives to be further issued by the respective Government authorities in this regard.
