Orient Cement Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/01/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This has reference to the Company's earlier intimation vide letter dated January 18, 2021, pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 informing that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2021, to, inter-alia, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020. In continuation to the same, it is hereby informed that the aforesaid meeting of the Board Directors of the Company shall also, inter alia, consider and approve declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-21, if any.
