 In continuation of our earlier letter dated 10.0.2023, we wish to inform you that on receiving in-principle approval of the Board of IITL Projects Limited to sell its capital investment/ contribution held in SPVs viz. IITL-Nimbus The Palm Village amounting to Rs. 22,00,00,000/- being the sale consideration, the Company has remitted 10% of the consideration i.e. Rs. 2,20,00,000/- and the balance amount to be remitted on or before March 31, 2024 subject to approval of shareholders as per the proposal given by the Company to the other partner.
