 This is with reference to your Notice no. LIST/COMP/Reg. 27(2) & Reg . 17 to 21 /Sep-19/523630/219/2019-20 dated 31.10.2019 regarding non-compliance of Regulation 17(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The notice was placed before the Board in its 440th Meeting held on 18.12.2019. Board had detailed deliberations and observed that Company should again take up with DoF and DPE for appointment of adequate number of Independent Directors on the Board in compliance of Listing Regulations. We again request you to withdraw the notice and waive off the fine and exempt NFL from compliance of Regulation 17(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
