Since the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Issue of Capital & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, stipulate compulsory market making for a period of three years from the listing of equity shares of the Company on the SME Platform, the Company has opted not to continue the market making arrangement after 10th October, 2020.
