We regret to inform you the sad demise of Mr. Rajkumar Bali, Independent Director of our Company, on Wednesday, 2nd February, 2022. Mr. Rajkumar Bali was a senior member of the Board of Directors and was associated with the Company as a director since 15.03.2003. At the 27th AGM held on 29.09.2014, he was appointed as Independent Director of the Company.
