The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 04.06.2020 has approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2020. In the same meeting, the Board has also recommended final dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share i.e. 30% for the financial year 2019-20, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, which shall be paid or dispatch to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration subject to resumption of postal services.04-06-2020
