A copy of Standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021, pursuant to Regulation 33 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 is enclosed alongwith a copy of Limited Review report by the Statutory Auditors on the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021.

Raising of funds, through issue of equity shares of INR 10 each on rights basis to existing shareholders of the Company as on a record date to be determined by the Board/ Committee at an appropriate time, for an aggregate amount not exceeding INR 50.00 Crores (Rupees Fifty Crore only) subject to necessary approvals and consents as may be required and compliance of applicable laws, including the provisions of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended, the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Companies Act, 2013, as amended. 2. Constituted a Rights Issue Committee to decide on the terms and conditions of the Issue, record date and all the other incidental matters in consultation with the Lead Manager.
