 Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('the Listing Regulations'), this is to inform you that CRISIL vide its letter dated April 28, 2023, has reaffirmed its "CRISIL A1+" rating (pronounced as 'CRISIL A one plus rating') on the Rs.1,000 Crore (Rupees One Thousand Crore Only) Commercial Paper programme of Godrej Agrovet Limited. Instruments with this rating are considered to have very strong degree of safety regarding timely payment of financial obligations. Such instruments carry lowest credit risk. The Credit Rating Letter received from CRISIL Limited dated April 28, 2023, is enclosed. Further, pursuant to Regulation 30(8) of the Listing Regulations, this intimation is also available on the Company's website at www.godrejagrovet.com.
