In terms of Reg. 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we write to advise you that at the Meeting of the Board of Directors held this afternoon, the Board discussed the overall performance of the Rossell Hospitality (RH) Division of the Company. After discussion, it was felt that keeping in view the overall financial interest of the Company and to avoid overstrain on the resources of the Company, the RH Division of the Company may be discontinued, either by way of sell to a prospective buyer within 30.09.19, subject to the required approval of the Members of the Company or if no buyer is available within that time to shut it down permanently on and from 01.10.19. In view of this, the profitability of the Company is likely to improve as the Division had incurred losses continuously over the years and even for the 1st quarter ended 30.06.19 a loss of Rs.1.78 Crores has been made.
