 In furtherance of our letter dated March 23, 2020, we would like to inform that considering the emergent need to prevent and contain the spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to support several initiatives taken by the Central and State Government authorities, all manufacturing units of the Company have been temporarily shut down until further notice. The duration of this lockdown is uncertain at this point of time and will depend upon directives issued by the Government authorities. We are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to take appropriate action, as per regulatory guidance. Kindly take the above on record and oblige.

 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that in order to comply with the directions of the Government and to provide health and safety to employees and workers of the Company against the risk of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Company has decided to temporarily shut down its following manufacturing units: Rudrapur unit (Uttarakhand) w.e.f. March 23, 2020 until March 31, 2020 or till such further period as directed by Central and State Government; Temra unit (Distt. Rampur, Uttar Pradesh) w.e.f. March 24, 2020 till further notice. Employees at all the other locations will continue to work from home, except for those whose physical presence is necessary to run the day-to-day essential services. The expected financial impact of the above is not ascertainable at this stage. We shall submit further updates in the matter, if any, in due course.
