This is in furtherance to our intimation letter dated 6th July, 2019, regarding Shutdown of Urea/Ammonia Plants. After the repair of tube leak of the PG- Reboiler in the CO2 removal section of Ammonia Plant, the plants could not be started, due to non-availability of gas supply, due to non payment of dues to GAIL, which was due to liquidity issues arising mainly out of delay in release of subsidy. We will inform you once the plant''s operations resume. This intimation is issued in terms of Regulations 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirbments) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
