(b) considered and approved the appointment of M/s PS & Associates, Company Secretary in Practice (C.P No. 7270) as Auditor for the purpose of issuing Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the Financial Year 2020-21, pursuant to the requirements of SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/27/2019 dated 8th February, 2019.
