Notice of the 39th AGM and the Annual Report for the year 2020-21 including the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2021("Annual Report"), being sent by electronically to those Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depository Participant(s).  Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith a copy of the 39th Annual Report of the Company for the F.Y. 2O2O-21 along with the Notice of the 39th AGM of the Company. The 39th AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 15th September, 2021 at 04.00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing ('VC') facility / other audio visual means ('OAVM').
