TIL LTD. - 505196 - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Newspaper Publication

 We wish to inform that as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended, all the shares of the Company in respect of which dividend (declared for the financial year 2012-13) has remained unclaimed or unpaid for seven consecutive years shall be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund on 6th September, 2020 together with the dividends accrued thereon. For this purpose notice has been published in newspapers on 6th June, 2020 in 'Financial Express' (all Editions), in English and in 'Aajkaal' (Kolkata Edition), in Bengali advising the concerned shareholders to claim their unclaimed dividends latest by 31st July, 2020, to avoid transfer of their shares to the Demat Account of the IEPF Authority.

TIL LTD. - 505196 - Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI LODR Regarding Resumption Of Operations In Accordance With COVID-19 Pandemic Guidelines.

 Please refer to our letters dated 24th March, 2020 and 22nd April, 2020 wherein we had apprised regarding disrupted operations/partial operations of TIL limited on account of COVID-19 pandemic. We would now like to inform that in accordance with the guidelines and approval/permission obtained from the Government of West Bengal and other regulatory authorities we have resumed operations at the Registered office of the Company situated at 1, Taratolla Road, Garden Reach, Kolkata-700024 from today, the 29th May, 2020 with 50% staff strength. Further, we have also received necessary approval/permission as aforesaid for resumption of operations at our Factory/Works situated at Kamarhatty, West Bengal and accordingly we intend to commence operations therein from tomorrow, the 30th May, 2020 with 25% staff strength.

 Further to our letter dated 24th March, 2020 regarding temporary disruption of operations of TIL limited ('the Company') at its plants situated at Kamarhatty and Kharagpur (both in West Bengal), due to nCOVID-19 pandemic, we would like to update that the operations of TIL Kharagpur plant has been resumed from 22nd April, 2020 with minimal staff and in a phased manner, after obtaining necessary permission from relevant authorities in view of the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Govt. of India dated 15th April, 2020.
