The Company allotted 16,74,806 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Shareholders of LWAPL (Transferor Company) whose name appear in the register of members of LWAPL as on the Amalgamation Record date 06.03.2020 pursuant to the approval of the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation by Hon'ble NCLT, Kolkata Bench vide order dated 17.01.2020 certified copy of the order received on 24.02.2020 and made effective on 26.02.2020 (i.e. the date of filing of INC-28) 2. Cancelled 15,88,475 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each held by LWAPL (Transferor Company) in the Company in accordance with the Scheme. 3.
