Camlin Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors of the Company, at the meeting held on January 23, 2012, have allotted 2,46,775 Equity shares of Re. 1/- each to employees who have exercised their option to apply for equity shares as per the "Camlin Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008".
