Mastek Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on April 19, 2022, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the following:1. Consolidated and Standalone Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, togetherwith the Auditors Reports thereon;2. To consider recommending a final dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2021-22, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.Further to the Company''s letter dated March 30, 2022, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and the Company''s Internal Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading(''Code''), the trading window of the Company which has been closed for the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons of the Company defined under the Code since March 31, 2022, for the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, shall remain closed up to April 21, 2022 (both days inclusive).08-04-2022
