Accordingly, Mr. Sukhraj Sharma ceased to be an Independent Director from the Board of the Company w.e.f. 1st June, 2019. He also ceased to be a member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect.
