 1. Appointment of Mr. Saurabh Agrawal as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect. Consequent to his appointment, Mr. Saurabh Agrawal has also assumed the office of Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. 2.The Board has also decided to seek approval of shareholders through postal ballot process for authority to create charge on assets of the Company under 180 (1) (c) of the Companies Act, 2013. 3.The Board has approved the cut-off date for conducting the postal ballot as April 12, 2019. 4.Pursuant to the Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the Board has authorized Mr. Raghav Jindal-Managing Director, Mr. Pawan Kumar Rustagi-Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Saurabh Agrawal-Company Secretary of the Company to disseminate the material events or information to the Stock Exchange(s).
