The Company will strictly comply with all the guidelines and norms issued by Central/State/Municipal authorities to operate its manufacturing operations The Company has been taking a series of measures in view of the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure safety and health of all our employees and to ensure compliance with various directives being issued by Central/State/Municipal authorities. The date of the Meeting of Board of Directors shall be intimated to you separately.

 In view of the lockdown in many of the states across the country including total shutdown in Gujarat State upto 31st March 2020, the operations in most of our locations are disrupted including our subsidiary Company-Anjani Tiles Limited, Andhra Pradesh and subsidiaries LLPs in the state of Gujarat. The operations in all the manufacturing and most of the sales locations of Company and its subsidiaries will be shut down in the next 24-36 hours. All the employees in our offices have been instructed to work from home. The duration of this shutdown will depend upon directives to be further issued by the respective Government authorities in this regard. The Company will continue to closely monitor the situation and take appropriate action as per regulatory guidance. This is for your information and record.
