The said agreement shall be valid for a period of 12 months from 19.05.2022 to 18.05.2023. This Agreement shall automatically be renewed for a term equal to the current term of this agreement upon express or implied acceptance of any of the parties herein unless terminated by any of the parties herein. The term of such renewed agreement shall be the same as the term and conditions of this agreement.
