Considered and approved Sale of Business on Slump Sale Basis by United Shippers Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company, subject to approval of members of Oricon Enterprises Limited. 2. Approved the Postal Ballot Notice and Form to be sent to the Shareholders for seeking their approval for the abovementioned item. A copy of Postal Ballot Notice along with the Explanatory Statement and Postal Ballot Form is annexed herewith.
