This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today (January 29, 2020) has inter-alia approved: 1) The Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended and nine-months ended December 31, 2019, pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The statement of financial results along with segment reports and limited review reports are enclosed as Annexure-1. 2) The appointment of Mr. Sultan Baig as Chief financial officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from January 30, 2020, pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and approval of Audit Committee, in the place of existing CFO in view of his retirement on superannuation. Mr. Sultan Baig is not related to the promoters or any member of the Board of directors or Key Managerial Personnel as defined under the Companies Act, 2013.
