 Dear Sir/Madam, In pursuant to intimation dated 04th August, 2021, We hereby inform you of rescheduling the date of 37th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company from Wednesday, 15th September,2021 to Wednesday, 29th September, 2021 at 11:00 A.M through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Video Means( OAVM). Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 24th September, 2021 to Wednesday, 29th September, 2021 for the purpose of 37th Annual General Meeting. Pursuant to rescheduling the ensuing AGM, now the evoting period begins on 26th September, 2021_at 09:00 A.M. and ends on 28th September, 2021_at 05:00 P.M. and the cut-off date (record date) for the same is 23rd September, 2021.
