Wheels India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2016, has approved payment of interim dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2016 at Rs. 3.50 per share (35%) on 1,20,32,279 equity shares of Re. 10/- each fully paid up.
