 We would like to inform you that, as per Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) (''PIT Regulations'') and in view of the clarification letter issued by National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide Ref No: NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 02nd April, 2019 and BSE Limited vide Ref No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019 on the provisions of Clause 4 of the Schedule B of the PIT Regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July, 2020 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30th June, 2020. Owing to lock down declared by Government of India on the Outbreak of Covid-19, all the employees are working from home and hence the signature and rubber seal of the Company cannot be affixed.
