Disclosures pursuant to Regulation 7(2) read of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015; received from Mr. Raghav Makharia Promoter of the Company, has received 38955 equity shares through inter-se transfer from Mrs Ranjana Makharia, a Promoter of the Company without any consideration by way of gift .As per Gift Deed, out of 414647 shares held by Mrs Ranjana Makharia, 207324 equity shares are gifted to Ms. Radhika Makharia another person forming part of Promoter of the Company and 207323 equity shares are gifted to Mr. Raghav Makharia another person forming part of Promoter of the Company and son of Mrs Ranjana Makharia. Out of 207323 equity shares gifted to Mr. Raghav Makharia, 168368 equity shares were trf off market on 06.07.2021. The necessary disclosure was made to Stock Exchanges in the letter dated 8th July, 2021. The transfer of balance 38955 equity shares being under lock in, were routed through corporate action through depositories, which got executed on 30th September, 2021.
