 The Board of Directors of the Company will meet on 10th November., 2022 at 3 p.m. at Johar Building, P-1 Hide Lane, 8th Floor, Kolkata 700 073 to, inter alia, approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half Year Ended 30th September, 2022. We have already communicated to you on 28th September, 2022 that the Trading Window shall remain closed from 1st October, 2022 till 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2022 which would thus now be 12th November, 2022 for purchase/sale/dealing in the Company's shares by designated persons in terms of the Insider Trading Code adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.  We have received on 10.10.2022 a communication from ICRA Limited through email regarding review of credit rating of the Company. As mentioned in the said communication, based on the review of the latest developments, the Rating committee of ICRA has reaffirmed the long-term rating of the Company at [ICRA]BB-(pronounced ICRA double B minus) ('Rating'). The outlook on the long-term rating is Stable . The short-term outstanding rating [ICRA]A4 (pronounced ICRA A four) stands withdrawn as the short-term non-fund based facilities have been closed by the banks and there is no amount outstanding against the earlier rated instruments. This may be treated as compliance of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
