 Shri Jigar Shah, Company Secretary & Legal Head and Compliance Officer has expressed his inability to continue the services of the Company by way of terndering his resignation from the services of the Company effective from the close of 31st December, 2020, due to personal reasons, and the Board of Directors at its meeting held on today, has accepted the resignation of Shri Jigar Shah and he would be relieved of his duties from the dates as given in enclosed Annexure 'A'. Based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on today, the Board has appointed Shri Anil Maloo (Membership No.FCS 7422) as the Company Secretary & Legal Head and Compliance Officer of the Company effective from the dates as given in enclosed Annexure 'A'.
