Confidence Futuristic Energetech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/07/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform the Exchange that meeting of the Board of Directors of CONFIDENCE FUTURISTIC ENERGETECH LIMITED is scheduled to be held on Friday, 24th July, 2020 at 11.00 AM at the Company's Corporate office :- The matters to be considered at the Board Meeting are: 1) To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results for the First Quarter ended on 30th June, 2020. 2) Any other matter with the permission of Chair. Further, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, from 1st July 2020, till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company.
