With reference to the above cited subject and pursuant to Reg. 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby submit as follows: 1. The Paid up capital of the Company as on 31.03.2021 is Rs. 2,54,45,000/- which is not exceeding Rs. 10 Crores. And 2. The Net worth of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31.03.2021 is Rs. 6,76,89,927.43/- which less than Rs. 25 Crores. In view of the above and as per Reg. 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Corporate Governance is not applicable to our Company and accordingly, we are not submitting Corporate Governance report, under regulation 27(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for quarter ended 30th June, 2021.10-07-2021
