 Please note that the Paid up Share Capital of the Walchand PeopleFirst Limited (the 'Company') is less then INR 10 crore i.e. INR 290.39 Lakhs and Net Worth is less then INR 25 crores i.e. INR 1754.63 Lakhs as on 31st March, 2021 i.e. less than the requirements of Regulation 15 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015. Therefore, we hereby claim exemption under Regulation 15 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and consequently Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 shall not be applicable to us.

WALCHAND PEOPLEFIRST LTD. - 501370 - Announcement Under Regulation 30 (LODR) - Intimation For SEBI Order In Respect Of Cancellation Of Certificate Of Registration Of Computech Sharecap Limited

 This is to inform you that SEBI has passed an Order on 11th June, 2021, against Share Transfer Agent i.e. M/s. Computech Sharecap Limited (current RTA) cancelling their certificate of registration to operate as Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The said cancellation shall take effect after one month from the date of the order. SEBI has further advised the client companies to switch over the RTA related activities, either inhouse or to another RTA registered with SEBI, before the date of cancellation of registration of Computech Sharecap Limited. As intimated to BSE on 28th January, 2021, the Board of Directors of the Company have already appointed M/s. Bigshare Services Private Limited as our Registrar & Share Transfer Agent and the handover is in the process of being completed. Please note that Computech Sharecap Limited will continue to service the investors till handover to Bigshare Services Private Limited is completed.
