 The Board of Directors at its meeting held on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 had recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share of Rs. 10 each of the Company for approval by the shareholders at the AGM scheduled to be held on Monday, August 16, 2021. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, August 06, 2021 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2021. If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the AGM, payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made on or before Tuesday, September 14, 2021.
